"Wintery atmospheres and hazy granular dub textures owe as much to dub techno pioneers Deepchord and The Orb as they do to Tim Hecker and Fennesz, where shades of melancholic techno meet skyscraper sized ambience.

Tracks like 'Hiraeth' and 'Reverie' pay homage to lulling cold season techno with mangled synth pads and weighty bass progressions. Whilst 'Ego Death' puts the listener into a world of melodic bliss. 'In Media Res' is piano music slowed down. reversed and processed meticulously against a backdrop of distant rain."
